If you are a young person who has been sexually assaulted or raped, we can help you. We understand that you might be feeling all sorts of emotions right now. It might feel like you don’t know who to turn to or what to do. You do have choices. We can support you.
You can call our 24-hour helpline on 0161 276 6515 and speak to someone from our team. We will listen. We can help you think about what you would like to do next.
If you are under 18 and we have your name and address, we might need to let the children and young people’s social care team in your area know that you have been in touch. We would do this to make sure you are safe.
If you want to talk to us anonymously, you can still call us. We will still listen and talk to you about what your options are.
It might help to tell an adult you trust so that you don’t feel so alone, this could be a parent or guardian, a teacher at your school, a carer or social worker or even your doctor.
No matter what has happened, with who, where or even when, we are here to help you.
